The Challenge
Like most hotels of its size, Jazz on the Park relied on standard hotel reservation software to manage their rooms and book reservations. But it also had a popular Web site, which functioned as a critical marketing vehicle and facility for generating advance reservations. Unfortunately, these two systems were not integrated resulting in double bookings and lost reservations which threatened to compromise Jazz on the Park's standard of excellence.
The Solution
ECPGroup created an integrated, Web-based application to collect reservations over the Internet and manage critical hostel operations.
The software allows guests to view room availability and book reservations through the Web. This data is available to hostel staff in real time, eliminating lost reservations and double bookings.
In addition, the software provides all the features of traditional reservation systems including billing, cleaning scheduling, front desk, and visitor data.
